Abstract

Mr. Davit was a true leader of the people, whose unshakeable authority stemmed not from high official status, but from the working people themselves. This authority was built upon his personal and professional qualities—above all, his affinity for the people, his genuine desire for personal connection with them, and his rare gift for fostering such relationships.
